"He has shown you, O Man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?" (Micah 6:8)
Good morning, friend Chaplain Terry Warner here. This will be Confessions Part 1, season 3, episode 45. It will air on November 6, 2023. This morning, while having my quiet time with the Lord, it occurred to me that a lot of Christians just sit and wait for God to heal or answer their prayer and are unaware that Jesus has already done everything for you. You just don't know how to activate the word or Jesus in your life. Well, starting today, we are going to learn how. So I want you to repeat after me out loud you are confessing this to God and your spiritual and physical surroundings out loud. Here we go Now, number 1. The Bible says in Romans 10, 9, and 10 that if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and shall believe in your heart that God is raising from the dead, you shall be saved, for with the heart man believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made into salvation, as I believed and confessed. Now I choose this day to believe what the Bible says. I confess out loud I am what the Bible says I am. I can do what the Bible says I can do. I have what the Bible says I have. So in Psalm 118:24, this is the day which the Lord has made, we in other words my soul, my body, my brain, my physical aspect will rejoice and be glad in it. The main commandment of Christianity is to love the Lord, God, with all my heart and with all my soul and with all my mind. Matthew 22, 37. The second is likened to it. You shall love the neighbor as is yourself. Matthew 22, 39. So, starting today, I am going to walk in love, kindness and compassion by praying for anyone that the Lord tells me to pray for, without prejudice. In other words, I am not going to pay attention to what I think about them, whether they are right or wrong. I am going to pray for that person, for their betterment, for their salvation. Today, I choose love instead of fear. I choose peace instead of conflict. I choose to be a love finder. I choose to be a love giver instead of a love seeker. I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth. Psalm 34:1. I feel healthy, I feel happy, I feel terrific, but I'm not moved by how I feel. I am moved by the faith of Jesus Christ that resides in me, the faith of God, and with that faith I can move mountains. Philippians 4:13. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, Psalm 1:3. And so, whatever I do or set my hands to do, I shall prosper. I am a man of God. He has cleansed me by the blood of Christ. 1 John 1:7. My Father, God, has filled me with His Spirit. John 24:49. John 14:16. So I am dedicated to Him. Hebrews 2:14-18. For as much as them, then, as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he Himself likewise took part of the same that through death, he might destroy him. Who had the power of death, that is, the devil and deliver them. Who, through the fear of death, were all their lifetimes subject to bondage. For, verily, he took none on him the nature of angels, but he took on him the seed of Abraham, wherefore, in all things, it behooved him to be made like his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in thanks pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. For in that he himself suffered being tempted, he is able to succor, in other words, assistance and support them to be tempted. I am strong and powerful in him, Psalm 28:7. The Lord is my strength and my shield. My heart trusted in him and I am helped. Therefore, my heart rejoices greatly and with my song I will praise him. I will worship and serve him with all divine energy that he inspires within me. God is more than a force or energy. Genesis 1:1 tells us that God created all matter and energy. Therefore, he, in other words God, can't be equal to the same if he created it. John 4:23. But the hour is coming, and now is when the true worshippers are worshipped the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father seeks to worship Him. Therefore, I worship Him with all the divine energy he inspires with me. You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4. I am humble, full of faith, courageous and strong and powerful in the Lord. Ephesians 6: 10-18. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Because of that, take unto you the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand the evil day and having done all to stand. Stand, therefore, having your loins skirt or the belt of truth that anchors and holds all the other body pieces together and in their proper place, and having on the breastplate of righteousness and your feet shod with or protected with the gospel of peace Romans 10: 15, Isaiah 52: 7 Above all, taking the shield of faith wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked, and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word Jesus, the Word of God, praying always with all prayer and supplication. That is the action of asking or begging God earnestly or humbly for something in the Spirit, and watching therein too, with all perseverance, in other words, persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay, and supplication. For all saints. I am a child of God. 1 John 3: 1-3. Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed or conferred or presented upon us that we should be called the sons of God. Therefore, the world doesn't know us because it didn't know him, Jesus, but now we are the sons of God and it doesn't yet appear what we shall be, but we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is, and that every man that has this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure. In Jesus' name Amen. In one week's time we have a lot of people signing up, but there's plenty of room for you. You have a blessed day in Jesus' name, Amen.
